The 2024 Northeastern Transportation and Wildlife Conference (NETWC) will be held September 8 - 11 at the Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa in Mystic, Connecticut.
Overnight Accommodations
Overnight accommodations are available to Conference participants at the Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa at a discounted group rate of $209/night plus tax. Reservations can be made at this discounted rate until the cut-off date of August 15 at 4:00 PM EST, or until the block is full, whichever comes first. After that date the rate will no longer be available.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation with no charge up to 48 hours prior to check in (4PM two days before arrival). Please note that we will assess a fee of one night room and tax if you must cancel after this deadline.

A limited block of rooms is available at the Government Per Diem rate of $125/night for eligible employees. Should the government increase the Government Per Diem rate above $125/night closer to the conference, the new rate will take effect. The rate will not be adjusted to decrease below $125/night. Current valid government identification will be required at hotel check-in to receive this rate. Make a reservation in the Government Per Diem block (must be eligible).
Parking
Complimentary self-parking is available at the Mystic Marriott for all event participants.
