Registration for the 2026 Northeastern Transportation & Wildlife Conference is now open!
The Full Conference Registration and Student Registration fees includes all sessions and offsite Field Tour, as well as the following meals and social events: Welcome & Icebreaker Social on Sunday evening; Attendee Lunch on Monday; Poster Session & Tradeshow Social Monday evening; Networking Dinner on Monday evening; Box Lunch for Tuesday Field Trip; Continental Breakfast Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and coffee breaks daily.
For Students: A student ID will be required when you collect your name badge in person.
One Day Only Registration Includes access to that day’s sessions, activities, and conference provided meals.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received by September 14 will be refundable less a $50 administrative fee. No cancellations received after September 14 will be refunded but substitutions will be allowed. To request a refund, call 802-865-5202 or email [email protected].
